Congratulations to Clarksville Middle School Principal Nikki Bullington for being chosen as District 12’s Middle School Principal of the Year by the Indiana Association of School Principals!!

Mrs. Bullington became the principal of Clarksville Middle School in the spring of the 2013-14 school year and has worked vigorously with her leadership team and staff to make Clarksville Middle School the best learning environment possible for our students.

Mrs. Bullington’s leadership and dedication to her students and staff is evident through the significant gains being made at CMS, including the state accountability rating of “D, needing improvement” in 2012 progressing to become a “B rating” for the 2016-17 school year.

Her dedication to not only her school, but the Clarksville Community as a whole, is evident through her passion of giving back and taking care of our students.

Mrs. Bullington was the catalyst whose compassion and giving spirit prompted Clarksville Community Schools to start a program, Clarksville Cares, aimed at providing assistance to CCSC families in need. Since its inception in 2012, Clarksville Cares has raised approximately $100,000 through grants and donations.

Clarksville Community Schools is grateful to the Indiana Association of School Principals for recognizing Mrs. Nikki Bullington for her outstanding leadership and dedication to Clarksville Middle School.

CCSC is overwhelmed with pride and excitement for Mrs. Bullington!

Bullington will be honored at a special banquet during the 2017 IASP Fall Professional Conference on Sunday, Nov. 19 and is now in consideration for Indiana Principal of the Year; that honor will be chosen and announced in November.  #ThinkClarksville
