Home-School Liaison Mission Statement
Home-school liaisons work to establish partnerships between parents and schools. We may visit parents or contact them in other ways and organize events, so parents can feel welcome in the school. In doing so, we form relationships with parents, so the process of furthering a child’s education can become a collaboration between the student and his/her teachers and parents. We provide professional assistance and support to a student or small group of students during situations impeding student success.
I am happy to be your child’s home-school liasian. I believe in the good in people, that we all can have a positive impact on each other, and in building positive relationships. I am here to help your family and child in any way that I can.
I grew up in Seattle, Washington, and studied at Gonzaga University and received my Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010. I received my Masters of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a Concentration in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2013. Upon graduating I began working with students and families in Clarksville Community School Corporation as the Centerstone School-Based Therapist. I have been the Home School Liaison since the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year.
I love creating and enjoying art, running/walking, gardening, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
