Small School Community.
Registration is Open
Clarksville Community School Corporation (CCSC) is now accepting student registration/enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year for returning and new students in grades Kindergarten through 12. Online registration, through Infinite Campus, must be completed before the first student day of school on August 8th for your student(s) to be registered.
NEW FAMILY REGISTRATION
New families who wish to enroll in a CCSC school for this year or next year will need to make an appointment with each of the buildings in which you want to enroll a student.
You should pre-register your student (grades KG-12) via our online registration system prior to your appointment. Be sure to select the correct year in the “Registration Year” box.
Only one application needs to be completed per family.
Clarksville Elementary: 812-282-1447
Clarksville Middle: 812-282-8235
Clarksville High: 812-282-8231
Renaissance Academy: 812-258-9040
If you would like to enroll a preschool student for the 2019-2020 school year, you MUST attend the pre-kindergarten open house April 2 at 6 pm. At the open house, you will receive more information on how to apply for the pre-kindergarten program. More information on this program can be found here.
CURRENT FAMILY REGISTRATION
Families with students who are currently enrolled and planning to attend a CCSC school next year should log in to their Campus Portal account to complete the annual renewal registration application for their students. If you have a new student (grades KG-12) to enroll for next year, you will add that student to the application with your existing students on the “Student” tab in the application.
In order to register for Kindergarten, your child must turn 5 years old by August 1. If your child will turn 5 years old between August 2nd and September 1st you can request early entrance by submitting a waiver request. Contact Clarksville Elementary School for details.
If you are a returning family who needs to register a new student for the current school year, you should log in to the Campus Portal and add that student using the “New Student Registration” button in Online Registration. Be sure that you choose 19-20 from the drop-down box.
If you do not have a Campus Portal account, you should contact your school to get your Activation Key.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you may use the links on the Campus Portal login page to recover that information. If you need assistance after that, you should contact your school.
Beginning in 2014-2015, we formally created the Clarksville Cares Campaign (CCC) for Clarksville Community Schools. This group will be the official umbrella for which the aforementioned efforts and donations will be housed.
The purpose of Clarksville Cares is quite simple – to serve and care for all needs of CCSC children, specifically those who would otherwise go without. Clarksville Cares donations will be used to serve students throughout the year, not just during designated times.
Clarksville Community School Corporation is fortunate to partner with many groups, organizations, and individuals who share the desire to pay forward their blessings by giving back to our children and our community. Thank you for your support!
