Troy Mitchell | Assistant Principal
I am originally from Charlestown and graduated from Charlestown High School. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Business Education and my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana State University. I received my Administrator’s license from Oakland City University.
I would like to welcome you to Clarksville Middle School. This is my 6th year as the Assistant Principal at Clarksville Middle School, my 18thyear in the CCSC district, and my 26th year as an educator.
Clarksville Middle School’s motto is “where success happens one student at a time.” Each student is a unique individual and my goal to help us achieve our motto is to be an influence on students in such a way as to help them make responsible choices that affect the rest of their lives.
As the assistant principal, I will also place a major emphasis on the school-wide behavior management plan where students will be expected to be “RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE, & READY TO LEARN.”
Communication is a key to success. Do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions or comments. Together we can and will make Clarksville Middle School the best it can be.
Thanks and have a great 2019-2020 school year.
