CHS Assistant Principal’s Message

IMG_5994Welcome to Clarksville High School!  I am excited about the 2017-18 school year and am looking forward to once again working with all of the students, teachers, and the community of Clarksville.  We have made what I am anticipating to be positive changes for this school year and have high expectations for all of our students to succeed at CHS.  As the school’s Assistant Principal, it is my goal to assist our students in making positive choices and build the skills that will allow them to reflect on those decisions.  Please feel free to contact me here at Clarksville High School if you have any questions or concerns.

I grew up in the area of Northwest Indiana known as “The Region,” where I attended Merrillville High School.  I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at Ball State University and my Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Governor’s State University in University Park, Illinois.  Before coming to Clarksville last year, I spent 17 years as a teacher, coach, dean, athletic director, assistant principal, and principal at Wilbur Wright Middle School in Munster, Indiana.

I look forward to working with you this year.
